The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process to maintain fairness, impartiality, and objectivity. The journal is committed to a transparent, ethical, and timely review system that supports academic excellence and research integrity.
Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following review stages:
Initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and compliance with journal guidelines.
Plagiarism screening using reliable plagiarism detection software.
Assignment to the Editor or Associate Editor for preliminary assessment.
Double-blind review by at least two independent expert reviewers.
Evaluation of originality, methodology, scientific merit, ethical compliance, and clinical relevance.
Editorial decision based on reviewers' recommendations.
Revision by the authors, where required.
Final acceptance following satisfactory revision and editorial approval.
Based on the reviewers' reports, the Editor may reach one of the following decisions:
Accept without revision.
Accept with minor revisions.
Request major revisions and resubmission.
Reject the manuscript.
The final publication decision rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief.
