Author Permissions

Authors retain the right to:

• Reuse their published work for educational and research purposes.

• Deposit the published article in institutional or subject repositories.

• Share the published version through personal or institutional websites with proper citation.

• Use figures, tables, and excerpts in future scholarly works with appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication.

Permissions for Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, including figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, or extensive text, that has been previously published. Evidence of such permission must be provided to the Editorial Office at the time of manuscript submission.

Requests for Permission

Any individual or organization wishing to reproduce, distribute, translate, adapt, or use material published in Medical Channel Journal beyond the permissions granted under the applicable content license must obtain prior written permission from the copyright holder and, where applicable, the journal.

Copyright Infringement

MCJ takes allegations of copyright infringement seriously. Any claim of unauthorized use of copyrighted material will be investigated in accordance with the journal's ethical policies.
