Medical Channel Journal (MCJ) welcomes the submission of original, unpublished, and ethically conducted research. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submission materials are complete, accurate, and comply with the journal's author guidelines before uploading their manuscript through the online submission system. Incomplete submissions may be returned for correction prior to peer review.
Authors must submit the following documents at the time of manuscript submission:
Manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Complete author information, including full names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author details.
ORCID iD for all authors (strongly recommended).
Cover Letter confirming the originality of the work, its exclusive submission to MCJ, and its significance.
References formatted according to the journal's required citation style, including accurate DOIs or direct URLs wherever available.
Conflict of Interest Statement disclosing any financial or personal relationships that may influence the research.
Ethical Approval Certificate or Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval for studies involving human participants, animals, or other research requiring ethical clearance.
Plagiarism Report generated using Turnitin or an equivalent similarity detection software, demonstrating compliance with the journal's plagiarism policy.
Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is original, scientifically sound, and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. All listed authors should have made significant contributions to the research, approved the final version of the manuscript, and agreed to its submission for publication.
Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to verify compliance with the journal's formatting requirements, ethical standards, plagiarism policy, and submission documentation before being considered for peer review.
Failure to provide the required documents or to comply with the journal's submission requirements may delay the editorial process or result in the manuscript being returned to the authors until all requirements have been satisfactorily fulfilled.
